The new EC Messages sub-tab blends two jobs into one queue: Message Now (we owe a proactive check-in — coach's last message >2 days old or never sent; can't be closed without sending) and Open (the athlete messaged us last — we owe a reply; can be closed without sending). A “Only Message Now” toggle hides the Open threads. Click a row to see the opened-thread state.
