BRX Ops Data Sync is a private internal tool used exclusively by BRX Performance LLC staff to integrate accounting, customer, and operational data across internal systems. It is not offered to or accessible by the general public, end users, or third parties.
The application reads accounting records (transactions, accounts, vendors, customers, reports) from QuickBooks Online via Intuit's official API. It does not write or modify any data in QuickBooks. Data is read on a scheduled basis and stored in a private database accessible only to authorized BRX staff.
Accessed data is used solely for internal financial analysis, capacity planning, and operational reporting. It is not shared with third parties, sold, or used for advertising, profiling, or any external purpose.
Data is stored in a private Supabase database protected by row-level security and accessible only to authenticated BRX staff. Credentials and access tokens are stored in environment files outside of any source code repository and are never transmitted to third parties.
Data is retained as long as the integration is active. BRX staff may delete the database or revoke the application's access at any time through the QuickBooks Online "Apps" management page.
