BRX is transitioning to a data-driven, AI-enabled company. Everything in this roadmap serves that goal across four pillars:
Data Management System
Every meaningful data point from every system (HubSpot, Exercise.com, Stripe, Zoom, SalesMessage) synced into Supabase and kept current. The plumbing that everything else runs on.
Context Layer
Making Claude a general-purpose BRX expert — procedures, history, staff knowledge, findings, strategy. Claude can help with any BRX problem without ramp-up time.
Coaching Intelligence
Daily prep that tells coaches what each athlete needs on the floor — stagnant lifts, missed interactions, approaching renewals. AI as steroids for coaching conversations, not a replacement.
Data Hub + Decision Tools
The coach-facing AI assistant, Parker's sales queue, the Program Writer, and eventually the BRX Decision Model. Tools that turn data and context into action.
To get there, we need data in Supabase (Claude track) and a few key decisions from Brooks (Brooks track). Both tracks run in parallel.
