BRX Ops Data Sync ("the Application") is a private, internal-use software tool developed and operated by BRX Performance LLC ("BRX") for the exclusive use of authorized BRX staff. The Application is not licensed, sold, distributed, or made available to any external parties, customers, or end users.
Use of the Application is restricted to BRX employees and contractors who have been explicitly granted access by BRX leadership. The Application is used solely to integrate internal business data across systems for analysis, reporting, and operational planning.
This Agreement does not grant any license, right, or permission to any party outside of BRX. The Application source code, configuration, and access credentials are confidential and proprietary to BRX.
The Application accesses accounting data via Intuit's QuickBooks Online API in read-only mode. It does not modify, delete, or write data to QuickBooks. Authorization is granted by a BRX administrator with appropriate QuickBooks Online permissions.
The Application is provided as-is for internal use. BRX assumes all responsibility for its operation and use within the organization.
BRX may terminate or modify the Application's access at any time without notice by revoking authorization through the QuickBooks Online "Apps" management page.
