Training Today — C4 Variants
Control: C4 (no backgrounds, inline `🔥 6` + `🛡 73`, vertically centered with 32px dial). Same athlete in every card.
Variant labels are above each card. Pick a winner or mix elements.
Quick read on each variant:
- V1 · More gap — your first ask. `gap-2 → gap-3` between streak / sessions / dial. Just elbow room.
- V2 · Larger dial — your second ask. 32px → 38px dial, inner number 11px → 13px. Stats stay 12px, so the dial visually dominates.
- V3 · Larger dial + more gap — combo of V1 + V2. Most likely winner from your two explicit asks if you want both.
- V4 · Balanced larger — everything scales together (38px dial + 13px stats + 15px emoji + gap-3). Keeps proportions. The streak/sessions feel more "first-class" alongside the dial instead of demoted-to-metadata.
- V5 · Control + dividers — keeps everything the same as C4 but adds a tiny `·` between streak and sessions. Subtle visual chunking — helps the eye treat them as separate stats rather than one blob.
- V6 · SVG icons — replaces the 🔥 and 🛡 emojis with inline SVG icons (currentColor-tinted). Emojis are font-dependent and render differently across OS/browsers (Apple Color vs Windows Segoe vs Linux Noto). SVG icons render identically everywhere and feel more "in-app product" vs "social media."
- V7 · Dial pops — middle ground on size (36px dial + thicker 4px stroke) keeps stats at 12px. Dial visually "earns" its dominance via stroke weight rather than diameter.
Pick one (or mix elements — "V3's sizing but V6's SVG icons" is a fine answer) and I'll wire it into production.
